The evaluation consists in two remote steps: COST is an intergovernmental framework for international co-operation between nationally fundedresearch activities, supported by the EU Framework Program. COST supportscoordination of scientific networks and dissemination of their results, thus enablingscientists to collaborate in a wide spectrum of activities in research and technology.At COST Open Call, Independent External Experts evaluate the proposals submitted toCOST.
